Anne Randolph speaks about what consumers want from a real estate agent: trustworthiness and knowledge. Not surprising huh? But, consider that the average age of the agent is 56 and the average age for the buyer is 36. The age difference could present a problem if the agent is not market savvy, both on and off the internet. On the other hand there is no substitute for experience and that doesn’t come overnight!
