Sewer line will be replaced from the front porch to the street.

The waste line is cast iron. At some point in time, the cast waste was replaced with thin wall PVC. That line has failed. We discovered the failure by having our plumbing contractor scope the line.

The plumber’s scope has a small camera attached. He uses an electronic sensor to locate the camera and how deep the camera is below the surface.

Dated flooring, counter tops and cabinets will be replaced and updated.
