We engaged Gary to inspect a large house we were considering purchasing. We really needed a helping hand as we were... seven hours away and at a disadvantage in not being able to be on site and look closely ourselves. Gary is a professional builder, not just a home inspector. He takes his time. He spent 6+ hours inspecting our new home... and if was a 4 year old, excellently built structure. This speaks to Gary's thoroughness of every home inspection, regardless of its age. I love the detailed report he provides. Additionally, he embeds videos to illustrate specific areas and a summary video for the entire inspection. I believer the videos are a newer feature that came along due to COVID-19 situation. If so, I recommend you you that. Let him do the inspection alone, then review the extremely detailed report and videos with you.read more
