We engaged Gary to inspect a large house we were considering purchasing. We really needed a helping hand as we were... seven hours away and at a disadvantage in not being able to be on site and look closely ourselves. We really liked the house and were anxious to close, however Gary's eagle eye pointed out several significant issues that gave us pause. He was very professional in his reporting and tried to lay out the facts as he saw them in plain english. His report was very user friendly and detailed, and the photos and videos were very valuable. We would recommend him highly and without reservation to any prospective home purchaser. Gary is a professional builder, not just a home inspector. He takes his time. He spent 6+ hours inspecting our new home... and if was a 4 year old, excellently built structure. This speaks to Gary's thoroughness of every home inspection, regardless of its age. I love the detailed report he provides. Additionally, he embeds videos to illustrate specific areas and a summary video for the entire inspection. I believer the videos are a newer feature that came along due to COVID-19 situation. If so, I recommend you you that. Let him do the inspection alone, then review the extremely detailed report and videos with you.read more
