Why I'm qualified...
Not every home inspector is qualified on every home in Mississippi. To inspect new homes in
Mississippi the inspector should have a "New Home Designation", meaning they must hold a
contractor license and have code certification. I have written hundreds of reports and built
hundreds of homes.
I am a member of ASHI, the oldest and most respected professional association in America.

I have been real estate construction and home inspection since 1974 and have performed
hundreds of reported inspections. As a home builder I have won numerous quality of
construction awards. I sit on the board of the Mississippi Housing Institute and a member of the
